Order, Delivery & Shipping
❓ How long will it take for my order to arrive?
📦 Orders typically take 2-8 working days for delivery within India. If there are delays on the courier’s side, it may extend the delivery time.
❓ Do you offer express shipping?
🚚 At the moment, we do express delivery on all orders without extra charge.
❓ How can I track my order?
📍 Once your order is shipped, a tracking link and details will be sent to your email and phone. Use the tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
❓ What if the courier can’t deliver because my phone number is wrong?
📞 Orders require an OTP verification on delivery. If the OTP can’t be received due to an incorrect number, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.
Payment & Order Policies
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
💳 We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM UPI), Paytm, wallets and COD.
❓ I got a payment error with Google Pay — what should I do?
⚠️ Make sure you tap the “PAY” button on the checkout page instead of manually sending the amount through the GPay app. This ensures the payment links correctly to your order.
❓ Can I cancel my order after placing it?
❌ Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted.
Product & Quality
❓ Will the product be exactly like the picture?
✨ All our jewellery is handcrafted. Minor variations can occur due to artisanal processes, but these do not affect the overall design or quality.
❓ What materials are your jewellery made from?
📿 Our products are made with quality base metals (such as brass/copper/alloy) finished with a plated look. They are fashion jewellery and not made of real gold or real silver.
❓ Does the jewellery come with additional components like a backrope/backchain?
✔️ Yes! Jewellery items that include backropes do come with them. Backchains may also be available for purchase separately.
❓ Can artificial jewellery be polished?
🧼 No. Artificial jewellery should not be polished like fine metal jewellery; instead, follow care tips to maintain shine.
Replacement & Returns
❓ What if I receive a damaged product?
🔁 We offer replacements only for damaged items. You will need to share a full unboxing video without cuts to help us process the replacement.
❓ What counts as “damage”?
⚠️ Structural damage from transit qualifies. Normal wear, tiny finish variations, or stones that can be reattached by hand typically are not considered damaged.

❓ Do you have a physical store?
