Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with MIJ Jewels. We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your jewellery safely. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers are requested to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is sold. All purchases are final.
Refunds / Replacements
(Only for Transit Damage or Wrong Product Received)
We provide replacement or refund only if:
1. The product is damaged during transit, or
2. A wrong product has been delivered.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
A complete, clear, and unedited parcel opening video is compulsory to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
The video must:
1. Begin before cutting the outer flyer or package.
2. Clearly show the customer name and address label on the outer packaging.
3. Record the entire unboxing process continuously without pause.
4. Clearly show the damaged or wrong product as received.
If the parcel has already been opened before recording the video, the request will not be accepted.
The video must be recorded immediately upon delivery and before using the product.
The complaint along with the unboxing video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund or Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If
1. The video is edited, paused, unclear, or incomplete.
2. The outer label is not clearly visible in the video.
3. The parcel was opened before recording.
4. No valid unboxing video is provided.
5. The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement / Refund Processing
In case of approved damage or wrong product:
1. We will provide a replacement first.
2. A refund will be processed only if the product is unavailable for replacement.
3. The overall replacement process may take approximately 1–3 weeks depending on product availability and delivery timelines.
Return Process
1. We will arrange a pickup wherever service is available.
2. If pickup is unavailable, the customer must ship the product back using their preferred courier.
3. The return shipping cost will be borne by us.
The product must be returned in the same box in which it was delivered. If it is not returned in proper box packaging and damage occurs due to improper packing, the refund amount may be partially deducted.
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo inspection. After approval, we will initiate the replacement or refund process.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–5 working days after approval.
Customers are advised to check their bank statement for confirmation, as SMS notifications may not always be received and refunds may not immediately reflect in UPI transaction history.
