Shipping Policy

At Mahalaxmi Imitation Jewellery, we aim to ship your orders as quickly and securely as possible. Please read the details below to understand our shipping process.

Dispatch Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of receiving full payment.

Dispatch may be delayed in case courier pickup is unavailable or during public or regional holidays observed by courier services.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp along with your tracking details.

Shipping Method

We ship all parcels through reliable courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, India Post, DTDC, and other reputed services to ensure wide coverage across India.

Wherever possible, we ship parcels via air mode to ensure faster delivery.

Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–6 working days
Other Locations: 4–10 working days
Remote / Interior Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are approximate and based on your pincode. These timelines are not guaranteed, as transit time may vary depending on the courier partner assigned and operational factors.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders incur a nominal charge of ₹99, which is collected at checkout.

For bulk orders (if applicable), shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts to deliver your order.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses to accept the parcel, the order will be returned to us (RTO).

In such cases:

1. The customer will be notified once the parcel is received back.

2. Forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, and applicable payment gateway charges will be deducted from the total order value.

3. For COD orders, the ₹99 COD charge is non-refundable.

4. If a COD order is returned (RTO), no refund will be issued for the COD charge or the order amount.

Refund Mode for RTO Orders

For prepaid orders (excluding COD charges), the remaining balance after deductions will be refunded to the original payment method.

Important Notice

Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, courier operational issues, government restrictions, or other force majeure events are beyond our control. MIJ Jewels shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery.

In the event that delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeline provided at checkout or mentioned in this policy, no cancellation, refund, or compensation will be issued solely on the basis of delivery delay.
